I found this story online and just had to share it.
Bluey the cat lives in a shelter in the U.K., but her unusual talent has her making headlines all over the world.
The 12-year-old feline has a meow that sounds more like a roar. Her purr comes in at 91 decibels, which is almost equivalent to the sound of a farm tractor or subway.
How loud is she, compared to the average furry friend? Four times! She's also close to beating the cat that currently holds the title (at 98 decibels) in the book of Guinness World Records.
Even though potential pet owners often look for cats that purr, her caretakers are concerned her above-average noise level
is pushing people away. Bluey is far from aggressive, though. She's
described as "gentle and loving." Bluey's also partially deaf, which
could explain her unique sound.
Hear it for yourself in the video above.
